About us

Architects of synchronization integration without limits.

AIM Integrated Design

AIM Integrated Design is a multidisciplinary vanguard bridging visionary conceptualization and operational reality. We engineer data-rich, build-ready solutions, synthesizing "integration without limits" into high-performance environments for global hospitality and healthcare.

Our practice asserts that unity catalyzes efficiency. By fusing Operational Intelligence with Technical Rigor, we leverage advanced BIM to neutralize risk and ensure ergonomic precision. This synthesis ensures Future-Ready Scalability, delivering adaptable architectural ecosystems engineered to evolve alongside emerging technologies.

As Architects of Synchronization, we provide a unified nexus where architecture, engineering, and technology converge. Forged in precision and global adaptability, AIM is the definitive partner for stakeholders demanding innovative, high-velocity, and hyper-efficient built environments.

Our mission

What drives every project we deliver.

Four pillars define how we operate, where we're headed, and the standards we hold ourselves to.

Objective

To pioneer an "integration without limits" philosophy by synchronizing architecture, engineering, and technology into a unified, high-performance design ecosystem.

Direction

To evolve into a singular collaborative platform that redefines industry standards through intelligent, data-driven BIM workflows and seamless multidisciplinary execution.

Guiding Principles

We anchor our practice in technical precision, operational ergonomics, and uncompromising international compliance to ensure every project achieves peak efficiency.

Global Experience

Our portfolio spans diverse international sectors, navigating complex regulatory landscapes to deliver world-class design solutions across hospitality, commercial, and industrial markets.

What we deliver

A closer look at each discipline.

Every service is structured around buildable outcomes — not abstract design theory.

Kitchen Design showcase

We design kitchens that perform under the intensity of daily service — from high-volume hotel banquet operations to fast-casual restaurant lines. Every layout begins with workflow analysis: how food moves from receiving through prep, cook line, plating, and service.

Our deliverables include equipment floor plans, elevation drawings, MEP rough-in coordination, exhaust and make-up air calculations, health department compliance packages, and equipment specification schedules. We coordinate directly with mechanical engineers to ensure hood systems, grease traps, and utility connections are resolved before construction begins.

Whether you are opening a single restaurant or rolling out a multi-unit franchise prototype, our kitchen packages are built so general contractors can price, permit, and build without ambiguity.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) showcase

Building Information Modeling is the backbone of our coordination process. We build parametric Revit models at the appropriate Level of Development (LOD 200–400) so every stakeholder — architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and trades — works from one source of truth.

Our BIM workflow includes clash detection routines, issue tracking dashboards, and structured data exports (COBie, IFC) that integrate with construction management platforms. We run coordination meetings with marked-up 3D views so conflicts are resolved in the model, not on the job site.

For kitchen and food service projects, we model equipment in 3D with connection points, clearance zones, and utility stubs so the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades can coordinate duct routing, drain lines, and power drops before rough-in begins.

Floor planning showcase

Good floor planning is invisible — occupants move through a space intuitively because adjacencies, circulation paths, and functional zones were carefully resolved. We approach every floor plan as an operational diagram first: who moves where, how often, and what do they need at each point.

Our process starts with programming interviews and benchmarking — understanding seat counts, throughput targets, storage needs, and ADA requirements before a single line is drawn. Test-fit studies let clients evaluate multiple layout options with real square-footage data and cost implications.

From open-plan offices with hoteling zones to restaurant dining rooms with kitchen adjacency constraints, we deliver dimensioned plans, furniture layouts, and circulation diagrams that give interior designers and architects a solid operational foundation.

Architectural & Interior Design showcase

Architecture is where vision meets buildability. We carry projects from early massing studies and concept imagery through schematic design, design development, and construction documents — ensuring the quiet details that define a building's character survive value engineering and contractor interpretation.

Our documentation packages include site plans, floor plans, building sections, exterior elevations, wall sections, enlarged plans, door and window schedules, finish schedules, and specification references. We coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants to produce a coordinated set that minimizes RFIs during construction.

Whether the project is a boutique hospitality interior, a ground-up mixed-use building, or a residential renovation, we maintain a cohesive architectural language — balancing material honesty, proportion, and environmental performance with the practical demands of permitting, budget, and schedule.

Our process

A proven path to project success.

Six disciplined phases that keep scope, schedule, and budget aligned from first conversation to final handoff.

01

Discovery & Brief

We listen before we draw. Initial conversations establish project goals, operational requirements, budget parameters, and schedule constraints. The output is a clear project brief that every team member can reference.

02

Programming & Analysis

Space needs are quantified through benchmarking, adjacency diagrams, and code analysis. For kitchen projects, this includes menu-driven equipment lists and throughput calculations.

03

Concept Design

Multiple design directions are explored with floor plans, 3D massing studies, and material palettes. Clients review options with enough visual clarity to make confident decisions.

04

Design Development

The selected concept is refined with detailed drawings, equipment specifications, and BIM models. Coordination with consultants begins, and the design is tested against budget and code.

05

Documentation & Coordination

Construction documents are produced with full consultant coordination, clash detection, and specification writing. The package is assembled for permitting and contractor pricing.

06

Construction Support

We stay engaged through construction — responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, conducting site visits, and verifying that design intent is maintained through the final punch list.
